This book is very close to my heart as I saw myself in each and every chapter. The memories of all the wonderful days and hours and events of the school were relived by me again. I am going to read the book again and again.But having established myself as a counsellor, a psychologist, a content developer, I wish to state that this book must be read like a bible first by every Principal of every institution across the world. Not only it will become a guideline, but will also inspire them to write their stories to add value to the education system and the learning process.This book also must be read by every parent across the world, who are just not aware of the other side of the chair. They just feel that getting admissions to school is the biggest aspect and the school now must do everything. Tis book will give an insight to everyone as to what minute details have to be looked into and how a principal is always walking a tight rope to ensure that thousands of lives are moulded into amazing human beings.Lastly I feel this book also must be read by every student as each one will relate to it. There is one place called school and there is another place called learning with joy.Each one of us need to give and take education with joy.
